Infectious enthusiasm for everything business, although writing this website almost killed him off!     

A family man and keen runner, Simon spends the majority of his free time entertaining his 3 little people alongside his wife but sneaks out every other evening to test his speed and endurance on the streets.     

Qualifying as an accountant in 2010 and climbing the experience ladder since, Simon has seen a wide variety of business situations and primed to make a difference for you.       

Shaping the service at Outsourced2 Simon will be your main point of contact and in charge of onboarding and relationship management.

Matt Elsbury

Affectionately referred to as the encyclopedia. Clients and the team constantly marvel at the level of detail and accuracy recalled at an instant.     

Matt is houseproud and a prolific entertainer. He loves nothing more than barbecuing on his pristine patio overlooking his manicured lawn for his friends and family.     

Qualifying in 2014 Matt has served countless small businesses and individuals in their pursuit of statutory cleanliness, tax efficiency and accuracy.     

Internally he heads up training and constant upskilling of staff to provide an 'always learning' culture in the business.

Robert Lamey

The trailblazer - At one point Rob was father to two babies, professional ice hockey player, full time Accountant and sitting his ACCA exams. This wasn't enough so proceeded with a solo management buy-out of an Accountancy Practice. All before 34!

Rob is still heavily involved in ice hockey coaching and dedicates a huge amount of time to developing the county's best youngsters in the sport.     

Reliable, sensible, experienced and the safe pair of hands every business needs - if for nothing more than an opinion, it's invaluable. Also the main facilitator for the inception of Outsourced2.     

Rob has successfully grown the Accountancy Practice, Elsburys Limited organically and via acquisition since his take over in 2014.
